Baked Chocolate Sattu Healthy Cookies

Perfect for: Café jars, takeaway packs, crunchy protein snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chocolate Sattu
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour or oat flour
  • ½ cup jaggery powder or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp milk (adjust as needed)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix Chocolate Sattu, flour, jaggery, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and milk, form soft cookie dough.
  4. Shape into small cookies, flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10–12 mins till crisp edges. Cool and serve.

Serve with hot chocolate, coffee, or shakes.
