Baked Chocolate Sattu Healthy Cookies
Perfect for: Café jars, takeaway packs, crunchy protein snack
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chocolate Sattu
- ½ cup whole wheat flour or oat flour
- ½ cup jaggery powder or brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp milk (adjust as needed)
- ½ tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix Chocolate Sattu, flour, jaggery, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted butter and milk, form soft cookie dough.
- Shape into small cookies, flatten slightly.

Bake for 10–12 mins till crisp edges. Cool and serve.
Serve with hot chocolate, coffee, or shakes.
