Chocolate Sattu Energy Bites (No Bake & 5-Min Snack)

Perfect for: Quick energy bites, dessert counter, with coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chocolate Sattu (chana sattu + natural chocolate mix)
  • 3 tbsp honey or date syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp roasted nuts (crushed — almonds, cashews, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • Water/milk (as needed for binding)

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix Chocolate Sattu, nuts, and seeds.
2. Add honey and nut butter, mix well.
3. Sprinkle water/milk slowly to form a soft dough.
4. Roll into small round energy bites.

Chill for 10 mins, ready to serve!
