Chocolate Sattu Shot Glass Dessert (No Bake, Layered Sweet)

Perfect for: Dessert counters, mini portion café desserts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chocolate Sattu
  • 2 tbsp honey or date syrup
  • ½ cup thick yogurt or hung curd
  • Crushed nuts or granola for topping

Method:

  1. Mix Chocolate Sattu with honey to form a crumbly mix.
  2. In a shot glass, layer sattu mix, yogurt, sattu again, repeat.
  3. Top with nuts or granola.
  4. Chill for 10 mins.

 

How to serve:

Serve chilled in shot glasses with mini spoons.
Drizzle with honey for glossy finish.
Great as high-protein, mini sweet treat.
