Katarni Chura- Matar

Ingredients:

  1. Chura – 1 cup
  2. Green peas – ½ cup
  3. Green chili – 1
  4. Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch
  5. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  6. Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
  7. Garam masala – ½ tsp
  8. Salt, sugar – to taste
  9. Ghee – 1 tbsp


How to make: Steps

  1. Wash and Drain Chura.
  2. In ghee, temper cumin, hing, ginger, and green chili.
  3. Add peas and cook until soft.
  4. Add salt, sugar, garam masala. Mix in chura.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot with pickle.
