Katarni Chura- Matar
Ingredients:
- Chura – 1 cup
- Green peas – ½ cup
- Green chili – 1
- Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Salt, sugar – to taste
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
How to make: Steps
- Wash and Drain Chura.
- In ghee, temper cumin, hing, ginger, and green chili.
- Add peas and cook until soft.
- Add salt, sugar, garam masala. Mix in chura.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot with pickle.
