Chocolate Kulthi Energy Bars

No-bake, high-protein, clean-label snack

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Kulthi Sattu
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or date paste
  • Chia seeds, sesame, chopped almonds
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
Mix everything. Press into a tray. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
