Kulthi Sattu Banana Pancakes(Sweet)

Rustic, gluten-free pancakes for your breakfast menu

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Kulthi Satttu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A pinch of cinnamon/cardamom
  • ½ cup oat milk or water
  • Honey or jaggery
  • Baking powder

Instructions:
Blend all into a batter. Cook on a greased pan like pancakes. Top with nuts, banana slices, or seed mix.
