Kulthi Sattu Spiced Muffins (Savory)

Baked, gluten-free goodness — perfect for brunch menus

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Kulthi Sattu
  • ¼ cup curd
  • ¼ cup grated carrot or zucchini
  • Green chilli, coriander, ajwain
  • Baking soda + lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions:
Mix everything into a thick batter. Pour into muffin trays. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 mins.
