Masala Sattu- Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Dough made from wheat flour
  • 3-4 tbsp masala sattu
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 green chilli (optional)
  • Chopped coriander
  •  Lemon juice or dry mango powder (amchur)
  •  Salt to taste
  • Water to bind filling 

Method:

  1. Mix masala sattu with onion, coriander, chilli, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Add a little water to make crumbly filling.
  3. Stuff into wheat dough and roll into parathas.
  4. Cook on tawa with ghee/oil until golden.

Tip: Serve with curd or pickle for a wholesome meal.
