Masala Sattu- Paratha
Ingredients:
- Dough made from wheat flour
- 3-4 tbsp masala sattu
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 green chilli (optional)
- Chopped coriander
- Lemon juice or dry mango powder (amchur)
- Salt to taste
- Water to bind filling
Method:
- Mix masala sattu with onion, coriander, chilli, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add a little water to make crumbly filling.
- Stuff into wheat dough and roll into parathas.
- Cook on tawa with ghee/oil until golden.
Tip: Serve with curd or pickle for a wholesome meal.
