Chana Sattu Protein Ladoo

A delicious and nutritious snack packed with protein and essential nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chana Sattu
  • ½ cup jaggery powder
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp crushed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add Chana Sattu, and roast for 3-4 minutes until aromatic.
  2. Turn off the heat and add jaggery powder and cardamom.
  3. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
  4. Shape into small ladoos, rolling them with your palms.
  5. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a healthy snack.
