A delicious and nutritious snack packed with protein and essential nutrients.
Ingredients:

1 cup Chana Sattu

½ cup jaggery powder

¼ cup ghee

½ tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp crushed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add Chana Sattu, and roast for 3-4 minutes until aromatic.
- Turn off the heat and add jaggery powder and cardamom.
- Mix well and let it cool slightly.
- Shape into small ladoos, rolling them with your palms.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a healthy snack.
