Masala Sattu Buttermilk: Quench your thirst this summer, the ultimate refreshing gut healer

Masala Sattu Buttermilk

A refreshing and gut-friendly summer drink that aids digestion and keeps you hydrated!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Masala Sattu
  • 1 cup chilled buttermilk (or water with a spoonful of curd)
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Masala Sattu with buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Add cumin powder, black salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir well and garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves.

Serve chilled.
