Ingredients

  • Wheat flour: 2 cups

  • Chana sattu: 1 cup

  • Onion: 1 (finely chopped)

  • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp

  • Ajwain: 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard oil: 1 tbsp

  • Salt: To taste

  • Water: As needed

How to Make

  1. Prepare Dough: Mix wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Rest for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Stuffing: Mix sattu, onion, chili, coriander, ajwain, cumin, salt, and mustard oil. Add water to make it moist.

  3. Shape Paratha: Roll dough into small circles, add stuffing, seal edges, and roll flat.
